The Most Relaxing Way to See Cancun: A Boat Tour

With so much to see and do in Cancun, it can be difficult to decide how to spend your limited time while you’re here. Luckily, there’s one way to get the best of both worlds: a boat tour! In this article, we’ll talk about some of the things you can see on your tour as well as some of the reasons why taking a boat tour instead of simply renting a car or staying at your resort can make your Cancun trip that much more relaxing!

Why a boat tour is the best way to see Cancun
A boat tour of the Riviera Maya is a great way to see the city from a different perspective and get some fresh air! You’ll feel like you’re in another world, surrounded by turquoise water that stretches on for miles. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, manatees and more! Seeing Cancun this way will help you understand why we call it Paradise on Earth. The calming waters offer a perfect opportunity to disconnect from all the chaos of life back home and find solace in this beautiful part of the world. The sights alone are worth every minute spent cruising around – but don’t worry, there are plenty of vendors selling souvenirs on board too! Once you’ve seen everything you want to take pictures of, stop at one of our docks and explore the area with a professional guide before heading off again. We guarantee that by the time your hour-long tour ends, you’ll be feeling refreshed and ready to face whatever challenges await back home!

What to expect on a boat tour
A boat tour is one of the most relaxing ways to see the city from the water. It’s also a great way to get out on the water, enjoy some fresh air and give your feet a break. The tours are all-inclusive, meaning you can expect snacks, refreshments and sightseeing commentary during your time on board. You’ll also have access to a sun deck with chairs and chaise lounges so you can spend as much time in or out of the water as you like. For those who prefer to keep their feet dry there are glass bottom boats for rent for around $100 per person ($50 for children under 12) but be prepared to stand up the entire time. For those looking for an even more adventurous outing try a kayak or snorkel excursion.

The different types of boat tours available
A boat tour is a great way to see the sights in Cancun. There are many different types of boat tours you can take, including food tours, fishing tours, and snorkeling. The boat tour companies in Mexico offer all different types of activities for your enjoyment. For example, some trips include snorkeling or fishing while others focus on the history and culture of the area. Whatever it may be, there is sure to be something that interests you. If you’re interested in going out into open water with your family, try booking a boat tour that includes fishing. You’ll have an amazing time reeling in fish while enjoying the beautiful views around you! Some people don’t know what to do when they go fishing because they never did before. Don’t worry though; most guides will show you how to use the gear so that you’ll feel more confident in what you’re doing. Fishing boats vary in size, so ask your captain which one will best suit your needs and size of group.

How to choose the right boat tour for you
Choosing the right boat tour can be a daunting task. With so many companies offering tours, it’s hard to decide which one is best for you. -What is your age? -Do you want a tour that includes food and drink? I recommend La Paz Excursions. They have the most comfortable seats and views of gorgeous beaches. Then make a reservation. The last thing you will need is transportation from the hotel or condominium where you’re staying in Mexico. If you’re not sure how much time it takes from where your stay until the dock, contact them first before booking anything.

Tips for making the most of your boat tour
– Arrive at the dock 30 minutes before the tour begins.
– Bring sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle.
– Take pictures! And don’t forget your camera battery.
– When you get back from the tour, take a quick shower and change into dry clothes.
– Don’t forget to tip your boat captain and crew! They work really hard to make sure everyone has an enjoyable time on their tour.
– Finally, enjoy yourself! Cancun is one of the most beautiful places in Mexico and it’s best seen by boat (or on foot)!

Cancun or Cabo: Which One Should You Visit?

Cancun, Mexico, and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, are both beautiful destinations with stunning scenery, however there are a few key differences between the two that might make you lean toward one over the other when it comes to planning your next trip. Let’s look at them side-by-side so you can get an idea of how they compare. Ultimately, though, it’s up to you to decide which destination feels like the right fit for you.

Location
Mexico is home to two of the most popular tourist destinations in North America. Cancun and Cabo are both on the same Mexican coast, but they’re very different. When you’re deciding which to visit, consider what you want to do while you’re there before making a decision. If you like to party all night, then stay near Cancun. If you prefer staying near the water with family and friends, then Cabo would be your best bet.

Cost
Both Cancun and Cabo offer a lot to do for people traveling on a budget. Cancun is cheaper, but has less shopping options. Cabo has more shopping options, but is more expensive. When it comes to deciding which one is the better choice for your trip, it all depends on what you want out of your vacation. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with plenty of sun and sand, then Cancun might be the best option for you.

Accommodations
There are many reasons to visit Cancun. The beaches are beautiful, there’s plenty of activities and the nightlife is amazing. Cabo is a bit more laid back, with gorgeous beaches and not as many tourists. If you’re looking for a place where it’s easy to get around and rent a car, Cabo may be the better option. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort, then Cancun is your best bet. All-inclusive resorts offer perks like drinks and food included in your stay. Cabo has few all-inclusive resorts, but they do have affordable lodging options if you don’t want to splurge on a pricey hotel room.

Activities
Cabo vs. Cancun – which one should you visit? Well, it depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a nice quiet beach with fewer crowds and more of a chill vibe, then Cabo is your best bet. But if you want some party time, live music and nightlife, then Cancun is the place to be. The restaurants in Cancun are fantastic! There are many different kinds of cuisine to choose from. In Cabo, there are still lots of good restaurants but not as many as in Cancun. The bars here are also less rowdy than they are in Cancun. But the beaches here are beautiful and peaceful, so Cabo is a great destination for those who want a quieter vacation. Overall, both destinations have pros and cons that make them great choices depending on what you’re looking for when planning your next trip.

Weather
The weather in Cancun is warm and tropical year-round. The average temperature is 80 degrees Fahrenheit with a low of 69 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s never too hot or too cold for sunbathing, so Cancun can be visited any time of year. On the other hand, Cabo has a subtropical climate with an average temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit during the winter months, which can range from November to February, and 77 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months from May to October. The city experiences all four seasons, so travelers need to plan accordingly. If you’re not prepared for high heat and humidity, it might not be a good idea to visit at that time of year.

10 Tips for Planning Your Perfect Trip to Cancun

If you’ve ever thought about going to Cancun, then you already know how tempting it can be to just go and pack your bags. However, as with most things, the more research and planning that goes into it, the better your experience will be. Here are ten tips to help you plan your trip to Cancun Mexico so that you don’t miss out on any of the fun!

1) Set a budget
Pricing a vacation to Cancun can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Spend some time researching your destination and decide on the things that are most important to you: activities, food, lodging, etc. Then set a budget. Once you know how much you can spend, it will be easier to find hotels and restaurants that fit within your price range.

2) Choose your travel dates
Cancun Mexico is always a hot destination, with plenty of amazing things to do and see year-round. December – February are the busiest months as people come down for vacation during the Christmas holiday season. If you plan on traveling in those months, expect prices to be higher and get your accommodations booked early! The off-season time is May – October when there’s less rain in this region which can be perfect if you don’t like the heat or crowds.

3) Decide on your accommodation
Choosing your accommodation is the first thing you should do when planning your trip. You have a lot of options, but it is important to find a place that suits your budget and provides amenities that are important to you. Some hotels offer all-inclusive packages, which could make things easier on you, while others have kitchenettes so you can cook some meals and save money. If you are traveling with children, finding a hotel with child care services could be helpful as well.

4) Research flights
Researching flights is a great way to start planning your trip, as this will allow you to narrow down the dates of your trip. There are many different sites that will show you what the cheapest flight options are, and even which airlines have the best reviews. You can also use Google Flights or Expedia to find prices and other information about flights. Keep in mind how long your vacation might be: If you plan on going with someone else, it may be worth looking into their desired length of stay before booking an expensive flight. For example, if they want to stay for five days but you only want two days in Mexico, you could save some money by booking an early morning flight out.

5) Find the best deals on activities
Cancun is a tourist destination, so you’ll want to find the best deals on activities in advance. You can do this by booking online, but be sure not to wait until the last minute. Hotels and other accommodations are also available at discounted rates if you book in advance.

6) Pack your sunscreen
Don’t forget the sunscreen! Protecting your skin is just as important as protecting your eyes and other sensitive body parts. Do you know what kind of sunblock works best on your skin? If not, talk to a pharmacist about it or do some research on it before you go. If you don’t want to use sunblock, try an umbrella or get a beach chair with an umbrella over it to block the sun from hitting you directly.

7) Learn a few key phrases in Spanish
Learning a few key phrases in Spanish will help you communicate and make the most of your vacation. Here are 10 phrases that are essential for any trip:
1. Hola (hello) 2. Gracias (thank you) 3. Buenas tardes (good afternoon) 4. Buenos días (good morning) 5. Que tal?/¿Cómo estás? (how are you?)

8) Stay safe
– Know where you are going before you leave and research any tourist traps.
– Be aware of your surroundings and avoid secluded areas, especially at night.
– Keep an eye out for anyone following you, or that you think might be following you. – Don’t tell strangers about your plans or where you are staying.

9) Drink lots of water
Cancun is a hot and humid place, and it’s important to drink lots of water while you’re here. The local tap water is safe to drink, but we recommend bringing water bottles with you so that you can stay hydrated at all times. Take breaks from the sun by visiting one of the many beautiful attractions in this bustling city.

10) Have fun!
Planning a trip doesn’t have to be stressful. Be sure to do some research before you go and make a list of what you want to see, do, and eat. You might also want to make copies of your passport and other important documents in case anything happens. Make sure you don’t forget about your camera! Remember that there are hundreds of things to see and do in Cancun – find something that speaks to you. Happy travels!

What to Eat in Cancun – A Foodie’s Guide to the Best Eats in Mexico

What’s the one thing you should always eat when you’re traveling somewhere new? Food, of course! And when that place happens to be Mexico, then you can’t afford to pass up an opportunity like this. From margaritas to guacamole to tacos and everything in between, here are some of the tastiest options on offer throughout Cancun!

Street Food
Cancun is a place where you’ll find some of the most delicious street food in all of Mexico. With influences from around the world, there are dishes like tacos, quesadillas and empanadas that you won’t find anywhere else. If you’re looking for something different than traditional Mexican food, look no further than these treats.

Tacos
Cancun has dozens of taco stands, so you’ll never run out of options. There are also some more upscale places that specialize in tacos, like El Rey del Taco, which is famous for their ceviche and shrimp tacos.

Burritos
Mexican food is well-known for its burritos, which are a type of sandwich that can be eaten at any time of the day. The ingredients inside a burrito vary depending on where you go, but most often include beans, rice, cheese, and either chicken or pork. Burritos are usually grilled and wrapped up in a tortilla. The best places for burritos in Cancun are El Rey del Taco and Fajita Burrito King.

Quesadillas
Cancun is known for its seafood, but it has some of the best Mexican food you’ll find anywhere. One of my favorite dishes, quesadillas, are a traditional Mexican dish made from tortillas and cheese. The basic quesadilla is made with a flour tortilla that is heated on a griddle or frying pan until crispy. Then cheese is placed on one side of the tortilla and folded over to form a half moon shape and heated until both sides are golden brown.

Enchiladas
Mexican cuisine has a lot of regional variations, but a few staples remain. Enchiladas are a classic dish that can be found all over the country. They come with corn or flour tortillas and are often topped with shredded beef, cheese, sour cream or tomato sauce. Cheese enchiladas are usually served smothered in green chili sauce.

Tamales
The street food can be excellent and as good as you might find anywhere in Mexico, with tacos and tamales being my personal favorites. Both are sold on almost every block of every city. Tacos may come with chicken, pork, fish or other protein served on a corn tortilla topped with tomato and cilantro. Tamales come wrapped in leaves with meat or seafood, black beans, potatoes and other vegetables inside–and may be filled or topped with salsa or mole sauce.

Pozole
Cancun is home to some of the freshest seafood you’ll find in Mexico. Pozole, a spicy stew with pork and hominy, is popular here. This hearty dish can be found at most local eateries serving Mexican cuisine. For a lighter take on this traditional dish, look for bowls made from lettuce leaves instead of corn husks or thin flatbreads.

Mole
The Mole poblano is a traditional Mexican dish that originated in the state of Puebla and it can be made with chicken, pork or beef. The dish has an earthy flavor as it contains garlic, chiles, onion and tomato paste. It is usually served with rice and beans or potatoes.

Chiles en Nogada
The chiles en nogada is a dish of poblano peppers filled with ground meat, raisins, and apples, topped with a walnut cream sauce and pomegranate seeds. This hearty dish is traditionally served as part of a holiday meal in Mexico. The ingredients for this dish can be difficult to find if you are not traveling to México during the holiday season.

Tres Leches Cake
The tres leches cake, also known as a three milk cake, is a popular Mexican dessert. It was named for its three ingredients: evaporated milk, condensed milk and heavy cream. The tres leches cake is an incredibly moist cake because of all of the added dairy products. It is made from a very simple batter that includes only eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder.

Combi Buses are the Way to Travel in Cancun, Mexico

If you’re planning to travel in Cancun, Mexico by bus, you may be confused by all the different transportation options available to you. You could take a combi bus or taxi from the airport to the hotel or resort of your choice, but what if you want to go somewhere else? If that’s the case, it can be helpful to know about some other Cancun transportation options, whether you’re planning an extended stay or just on vacation in Mexico for a few days.

What is a combi bus?
Combi buses are public transportation vehicles that run on routes throughout all of Cancun. You can hop on a combi bus at any time and just pay a small fee. If you want to get off before your stop, you’ll have to tell the driver. You’ll be able to see what your current stop is by looking out of the window or asking someone nearby where it is. You’re not allowed to smoke inside the bus, but if you’re feeling hungry there’s usually food available for purchase. Finally, combi buses are air-conditioned, so even if it’s hot outside it will still feel cool inside when you ride one.

Where can you find them?
The combi buses can be found all over town and at various bus stops. They come in all shapes and sizes. The smaller ones have a capacity of 10-12 people while the larger ones have a capacity of 30-40 people. To board a combi bus you need to go up to one of the doors and either show your ticket or pay on board. Once you find a seat feel free to enjoy the ride! When you get off just tell the driver where you want to get off and they will let you know when it’s time.

How much do they cost?
Traveling by combi bus is a great way to get around while also saving money. For example, you can purchase a combi bus ticket for $.50 – $1.00 USD (about 10-20 pesos). There’s no other way to travel more economically than that! If you plan on staying in the city of Cancun during your trip, then getting around with a combi bus is the best option. But if you’re looking to explore outside of town and venture into the Mayan Riviera or Playa Del Carmen area, then renting a car may be better suited for you. However, this method will cost much more than taking a combi bus. Still, it all depends on what type of traveler you are.

What are the benefits of taking a combi bus?
While combi buses may not be as luxurious or convenient as a taxi or Uber, they have their own benefits. For one thing, they’re cheap! A ride on a combi bus costs less than $2 USD round-trip. Plus, combi buses offer an authentic local experience that can’t be found with other modes of transportation. It’s easy to spot a combi because it’s usually brightly colored and has two levels: the top level is where passengers pay for their ticket and get off, while the bottom level is where passengers wait for riders and get on. Riders typically take a seat wherever there’s available space and drivers often allow passengers to hang out by the door if there’s no space inside.
